REMINDER - 'Big Day Out' Tomorrow

Grades 3-6 have the Big Day Out tomorrow.

Please remember to bring bathers, towel & bag for wet clothes.

As the weather can be unpredictable, please pack a warm jacket as well as a hat.

STAS 2025 applications now open

Are you eligible for STAS?

If you have a current concession card as listed below, you can apply for dependent students for assistance under the STAS:

  • Services Australia – Centrelink Health Care Card
  • Services Australia – Centrelink Low Income Health Care Card
  • Services Australia – Pensioner Concession Card
  • Department of Veteran Affairs – Pensioner Concession Card

Note: Parents/guardians must have a concession card. STAS does not apply to a student’s concession card.

Supporting online learning at home

To help families learn online at home, every family with children in kindergarten to year 10 are receiving a copy of Supporting online learning: a guide for families.

This guide provides families with information and advice about:

  • school communication apps, such as Canvas Parent
  • managing online privacy
  • social media readiness
  • effective online searching, and
  • spending time online as a family.

Families are the most important influence and support for children and young people. Learning online at home builds life skills to succeed in today’s digital world.

Guides will be sent home this week.
