Grade 5/6 Johnson’s Inquiry work has led to the discovery of many exciting facts in the Science, History and Geography learning areas.
Our inquiry in Science included understanding how animals adapt and learn to live in environments that are very changing. We also learned that if animals fail to adapt, they do not survive and sadly become extinct.
In History and Geography, we studied the continent of Asia and all of the countries that make up this vast piece of land. One interesting fact we discovered is that Asia is the most populated continent in the world, with China and India leading the way in the numbers of people living in these countries.
Another really interesting fact we learned, is that there are more billionaires living in Asia then anywhere else in the world.
We then concluded that Asia must be a continent with a huge amount of economic growth to enable many people to become so rich.
