This term we have been interested in sustainability. We have been researching where different materials come from and what processes are used to make them. So far we have researched wood, metal, fabric and glass. We have also been interested in what happens to different materials when we are done using things – how can we extend the life of our products by re-using and re-cycling? We have enjoyed role playing in our classroom Recycling Centre and making new things from recycled materials.
