This term in 1/2 Kiddle, we have been busy learning all about maps!

We learnt that birds-eye view maps show us what things look like from above. We started creating our own birds eye view maps of our bedrooms, classroom and the school.

We have created a big map of all the places that we visit in our community.

We have been looking at maps of Tasmania and finding places that we have visited like Burnie, Bridport, St Helens and Port Arthur.

We have also been looking at world maps finding countries that we would like to learn about next!
