If so they may be eligible to receive funding towards club membership and association costs through the Ticket to Play initiative.

Ticket to Play provides vouchers up to $100 in value towards club membership for children aged 5—17 years who are listed on a Centrelink Health Care or Pensioner Concession Card or in Out of Home Care.

Some of the local sporting organisations that have registered include:

• Claremont Little Athletics
• Claremont Junior Football Club
• Metro Football Club
• Southern Tas. Netball Association
• Scouts—Mt Faulkner and Glenorchy
