Students in 1/2E have been enjoying using the library space to read and engage with books in our pod. Imaginative spaces have been created for the students to use when visiting the library.

We enjoyed working with our Year 3/4 buddies on a creative activity titled 'The Day the Crayons Quit'. Students worked with their buddies to design clothes for Peach crayon!

We have been improving our phonemic awareness and learning to spell lots of words. Our focus lately has been on double constanant sounds, and some blending sounds like: tr, fr, br, cr. We have also been focusing on writing complete sentences and learning about: who, what, when, where, how.
