Term 4 is very quickly passing us by! There are many events coming up shortly which allow us to celebrate the fantastic achievements across 2022. Please keep an eye on our socials and newsletter to ensure you are up to date with current information and event details.

Free Clothes Day – Thursday 24 November

A reminder that this Thursday students will be encouraged to wear free clothes and bring along a gold coin donation or non-perishable item to add to the Christmas Hamper for our annual raffle. We really rely on the in-kind donations so our School Association can continue to support our school with funding and resources.

Christmas Carols Event – Thursday 8 December

We are excited to confirm that our annual Carols Event will take place again in 2022! We will have the general class stalls which will sell a variety of craft, games and food items. Mr Curley will again support classes to present carols on the courtyard steps with some special guests throughout the night. If any community members are interested in volunteering or have donations to go towards the raffle, please make contact with our school office.

School Association

I would like to publicly thank our School Association and members who met last week for the final time for 2022! This group has done a power of work in 2022 and supported the school to purchase a range of resources and experiences for our students. Some of the funds that the SA have provided contribute toward the purchase of Reading Eggs, Year 6 Camp, art supplies, new books and much more.

2023 Class Placements

We are very close to finalising class lists and beginning early transition steps for those students who require more support. Some students with a learning plan will receive information about 2023 class teacher shortly and visits will commence over the coming weeks. All other students will receive their class placements alongside final end of year reports on Monday 19 December and meet new class teachers on Wednesday 21 December.
